In the spirit of the season, this month, we will be creating a "wish list" to help visualize, believe in, and then let go of, our deepest desires. So follow the prompt below and dare to dream!
Find a quiet space, with a pen/pencil and paper
Start with ONE wish/dream. Visualize it in great detail - for example if it was to own a new car; imagine driving it, see the road from inside it, what does it smell like, how does it feel getting into the driver seat, what music would be on the radio, etc. MAKE IT FEEL AS REAL AS POSSIBLE.
Write this wish/dream down.
Repeat steps #2-3if you have more wishes/dreams but DO NOT exceed 5.
When your list feels complete, take a few moments to sit in silence and express gratitude for where you already are and what you already have. Celebrate some of your wins thus far privately. Seal in that you already are whole, just as you are.
Release the list! You may burn, shred, throw away, (or keep) your list, but you must let go fully. Trust that you have the vision in you and you do not need to death grip your dreams, you gotta have a little faith ;)
We won't be discussing the list on our call. Do not 'hang on' to the list expecting to discuss it.
