Pick ONE of the following, perform the action for 10 minutes (set a timer):
a. Write a list of affirmations (positive statements about yourself)
b. "Declutter" a social media account: go through the people/accounts you are following and clean house, unfollow at will
c. Read something encouraging, motivating, or otherwise uplifting (audio counts too)
Please only do this for 10 minutes, and do not "count it" if it's something already in your daily schedule - make this a distinct and separate activity that you will commit to just once before our Big Picture call.
