ok, so after re-formatting my contract for February, I felt like I was on a roll so I ended up emailing the GM at Formosa letting him know how excited I was to have The Play Readers there tomorrow (Monday) AND that we already have 35 people signed up for the event... so then i said "I'd love to promote future dates- how does March 7th work for you?" then he said "sounds good! see you tomorrow!"

Omg Danielle K can attest to the TERROR I felt asking a mentor to refer me to his agent one time. I told her it was the scariest thing I had done that year...and then we both realized I had just said that writing an email was the scariest thing I had done... hahahahah BUT IT IS VULNERABLE to ask for what you want!!
