Accountability Session 2 : September 26, 2019 : WAKE UP WITH A WIN

Keep it active (verb) – what you DO not who you ARE

Resist the urge to explain yourself (but know the answer to the hopeful follow up question "how?")

Brendan – I help directors get from point A to point B

Kai – I am a storyteller who likes to be in front or behind the camera/stage

Riley – I am a seeker of stories and a lover of hearts. I challenge people to speak their truth and lean into their “enoughness”.

Elisa – I create healing spaces through storytelling.

Lizzy – I inspire people to find their own magic and see the beauty in darkness. I inspire, and scare the shit out of people.

Beany – I enable other peoples creativity, through exercising my own stupidity.

JC – I direct pilots for television.

Chelsea – I lend my voice to other peoples vision.

Brendan:

Kai:

Finish first 2 weeks of Artists Way (ST) first week accomplished, second week fell off (a little) but taking time with it – SUCCESS!

Pick idea and write a script (LT) storyboard brainstorm outline, finish a full draft by Oct 5 – SUCCESS!

Riley:

Draft email to director (ST) DRAFTED! – SUCCESS!

Draft episode (LT) Filming date for scene – still working on, finish a first draft by Oct 5 – SUCCESS!

Elisa:

Finish a reel (ST) finished it day of first session, immediately received 5 more auditions – SUCCESS!

Shoot promo for one woman show (LT) talked with directors, changed goal to rehearsal not performance, edited the promo – SUCCESS!

Lizzy:

Update casting profiles (ST) all updated, except slate shots – SUCCESS!

Secure representation and purchase self taping kit (LT) followed through with referrals, reached out to “scary” contacts, feeling confident in package – SUCCESS!

Shoot trailer for Derek sizzle (LT) cop out, “idea of an idea” – SUCCESS! Painting from sketches, found cables for projection, finish a painting by Oct 5 – SUCCESS!

JC:

Compile footage from past work (ST/LT) minor meltdown -started a compliment journal! made a list of everything IN control, updated IMDb, started sketch show, wrote script to direct actor – SUCCESS!

Watch/decide on footage by Oct 5 – SUCCESS!

Chelsea:

Send out 5 promo codes (ST) went ahead and sent 10 – SUCCESS!

Reach out to Christian production companies (LT) redirect, opened a can of worms, focusing on sending “the rest” of the promo codes (female writers/trauma/travel) – screenshot by Oct 5 – SUCCESS!

Set a schedule/journaling every day (ST/LT) started to fall off, used it to get a lot of other goals accomplished, used to get the real shit done – SUCCESS!
