Noisy Nest is a female owned and operated theatrical production company created as a safe landing place for wondering artists. A touchstone to the root of artistic integrity. With your finger on the pulse of your own process, there is no wrong move- only stepping stones to growth. Noisy Nest's mission is to not only create and produce risky and audacious theatrical events but to also inspire, prepare and encourage artists in their processes.
We focus on the vulnerable bits of humanity that society expects us to suppress and hide. Noisy Nest waves our middle fingers in the air whilst diving into the mess, not to clean it up, but to connect and create within it. We approach all of our work this way- wether we are producing a play, hosting an event, coaching a client for an audition- Noisy Nest artists make bold moves.

She is so grateful to everyone who agreed to walk through the fire of this play together, and she is quite terrified and excited for you to see this show.
LA native and American Academy of Dramatic Arts alumni Bird, is the founder and artistic director of Noisy Nest. She co-directed her first production, Bus Stop by William Inge, in 2006 and founded Noisy Nest in 2012. Bird is an actor, writer, producer, director, and designer. She has spearheaded 6 main-stage productions and over 25 staged readings. Bird leans toward high stakes, dark familial dramas and existentialist diatribes such as Artmitage by Don Nigro, Proof by David Auburn, Be A Good Little Widow by Bekah Brunstetter, and a critically acclaimed immersive production of No Exit by Jean Paul Satre. Bird thanks you so much for supporting LA theater and for being a witness to this very big slice of an even bigger life. Please don't look away.
