Yessss!! I am in a 12 step program myself and I just heard about how amazing Russell Brand's new book recovery is, so I bought it. So far, it's all about progress not perfection.

Allllllll of this. I am a 9am gal myself and this trip to Seattle to see people from what feels like a past life has reminded me that I can move through life with grace. Holding on to the past or person is only delaying natural progression and it doesn't mean whatever or whoever won't fall back into life's rhythm, maybe in a new shape or form in the future. I sooooo relate to the challenge of "DO NOTHING." My father told me all of my life, "slow down." It's advice I'm still trying to take. Keep writing!
