Focuses on B2B marketing and more of the industrial/IVR/corporate narration side of things The Voicecaster - tbh I only ever booked studio time there for sessions before I had certain abilities in my booth so I can't personally speak for their workshops/demos but they are a reputable studio so I'm sure they are at least good for beginners! SkillsHub for Actors - have not used myself but know a lot of industry pros are on there! The Halp Academy - great classes with working professionals in videogame/animation in particular Studio NPC - working professionals, workouts and lectures Materials: Demos - base off of what genres you want to focus on. A lot of folx would argue with me but I say create your own to start. Find copy on iSpot for commercial, old cartoons for animation, pages from books for audiobook - or write your own! - it won't serve you long in your VO career but can get you going. Look up the VO's of your favorite programs and check out their websites and reels for examples but always start with where you are at.

Let's do a little forum explorin' shall we? Back in the Resources tab you will see a clickable in the top left labeled "Call Prompt Archives" . There you will find alllllll the call prompts from 2021 listed with the corresponding month, along with a tab that houses all of the call prompts (in one post) from 2020. TAKE YOUR PICK! This is an opportunity to revisit a previous prompt that felt sticky or brought up a lot for you in the past - see if things have shifted at all! Or this could be a chance to sift through and see what we focused on in a month you weren't a part of the group. No right or wrong, just pick ONE prompt (and stop yourself from the "research" phase if you have gone through more than 5 prompts without deciding) - we will discuss your selection and how it went for you in our call this week.

So turns out they rebranded - FYI, just in case anyone else ever wants to take courses! I found one that is specific to the version I have and is 5 hours roughly - which is great! I'll stick with my 1 hour a day and should be done by buddy check in, with a whole week of fuck-it buffer! This way if I am finding I still have questions, I can turn to YouTube like Jose suggested and should be a ProTools Pro in no time!
