Hello all! While I am proud of myself for stretching my comfort zone this weekend, I am sorry for my wishful thinking and underestimation of time required of me both the weeks before and at this event (I was hired as a stage and posing coach for a Body Building competition in San Jose. wtf? yes. & My client got 2nd place so... fuck yea!) I attached a BTS video of some of the boys prepping for stage time! That said: • I decided to take more time with Respect for Acting and outline a lecture for each chapter instead of the whole book. It feels far more intentional. Have not finalized a lecture but i have multiple outlines • I have read 5 plays. I hated all of them (for the purposes of PPP) so, onward! I am so grateful for my buddies this month for being flexible and understanding. Spike was a kick ass buddy and encouraged my changes mid-month. Bethany had HUGE realization while working through her goals and I am so proud of her for slowing down and continuing to find power in each of her steps. xx Birdiecakes

Theatrical: Caitlin Fisher - Website Why i love her: • She is a dream to shoot with, she made me so comfortable and has an amazing eye for wardrobe as well - i showed up with a suitcase of basically everything I own and she intuitively helped me pick my looks. • She keeps your photos for 5-7 years and (if you don't change your look too much) you can use images from the session for everrrr LOOK AT ME, IM A FUCKING STAR - and i took these in 2019... hello all Procrastination station: I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH MYSELF. I am allowing external circumstances get in the way of my AA goals as well as everyday tasks. Judgement and shame are heavvvyyyyy. I woke up this morning reminding myself that I can share this all with this crew, learn to release self- blame, embrace my autonomy (potholes and all), and move through everyday one minute at a time. Neg self talk: Imposter Liar Annoying Loud Selfish Broken Stuck positive reinforcements / brag station : Noisy Nest has, against many odds, survived and thrived through situations that could have flood us. I am trying and that needs to be good enough for now. I belong here, I deserve to enjoy what I have created I seek out truth even though its scary and may not present itself for a bit b/c of circumstances out of my control ok. im gonna try and get shit done today <3
