big picture phone call: A quick chat with the moderator to help organize and prioritize your goals for the month based on your Big Picture goals and what Accountability means for you (Phone call will be scheduled once you register for the session)
meeting 1: We'll discuss and learn about our goals, meet your team + get to work!
AA buddy phone call: This is a scheduled phone call between you and your buddy to make sure things are on track and address any issues.
meeting 2 (Show and Tell): Everyone will have the opportunity to do a Goals Show and Tell / Humble Brag! We'll discuss our journeys, successes, failures and be proud of ourselves for being accountable to our careers!
