This month let's talk about our mindset and what we CHOOSE to focus on. We love to focus on action each month, but let's be honest, action is a result of our beliefs and thoughts right? So let's shine some light on the narratives we are writing for ourselves every single day.
Take a day (or two) to pay attention to the way you speak about yourself to others, the way you describe situations and tell stories/recount experiences. What sorts of words do you gravitate towards? When you find negative phrases/thoughts/words that come up often - or at least more than once or twice - write them down. What are some positive words/thoughts/phrases you could work to replace the negative ones?
If you have found it difficult to tackle certain goals in the past, "know" things won't change, or often feel stuck, I really encourage you to take this as far as you can, as often as you can! Acknowledging and being an active participant in what you are literally telling yourself every single day can have a huge impact on the actions, behaviors, and habits you have in your life.
